Before I became a health and life coach, I spent years trying to force my own life into demanding routines that looked good on paper but never survived the reality of a busy schedule. The real shift happened when I stopped treating health as a separate project and started looking at my entire life alongside it.

    Most programs only look at what you eat and how you move. They ignore the reality of your stress, your mental load, and your emotions. My coaching looks at your entire life. By addressing your mindset and self talk alongside your physical habits, we build a foundation that keeps you consistent even on the hard days.

    I provide a personalized meal plan to give you clear structure and take the daily guesswork out of eating, but it is never a rigid or restrictive diet. The plan is designed around your actual life, schedule, and preferences to support the longevity and consistency of your health. More importantly, we use this meal plan as a baseline while we actively work on your core habits side-by-side. You will learn how to adjust when life gets busy, navigate social events, and nourish your body without all-or-nothing guilt.
